***To obtain access to the controlled documents in SAM.gov, complete Attachment 11, Non-Disclosure Agreement and return to the Contracting Officer (Brett Zeigler, brett.zeigler@fletc.dhs.gov) then request access to the controlled documents in SAM.gov*** Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions submitted, post the site-visit sign-in sheet, provide photos, provide drawings, and update the statement of work and specifcations. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the date of the site visit (October 22, 2026), period of performance, and due date for submitting questions. This Request for Proposal will result in a Single Firm Fixed Price Contract Award for Building 262 Renovation on the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center Glynco, GA. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, under North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. A site visit is scheduled for October 22, 2026, at 9:00am at FLETC Glynco Building 200. Upon arrival, attendees should report to the commercial gate a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the application screening process, then proceed to Building 200. All personnel who are not currently badged will need to complete and return Day Pass applications for all attendees no later than October 20, 2026, at 5:00pm to the attention of Project Manager, Richard Love at richard.love@fletc.dhs.gov. Please coordinate receipt of badge applications and submission with Mr. Love. Complete Attachment 11, Non-Disclosure Agreement and return to the attention of the Contracting Officer. The completed NDA is requierd to obtain access to controlled documents in SAM.
