NOTICE: THERE WILL BE A SITE VISIT ON FRIDAY 10/23/2026 AT 1:00 PM AT 1577 BREVARD ROAD ASHVILLE, NC 28806. KATIE GREENBERG IS THE POINT OF CONTACT AND WILL LEAD THE VISIT. AMENDMENT 0001 is attached to this posting. Amendment 0002 - This amendment replaces the Attachment 5 Building Diagrams with the document attached to this amendment, 9 pages. This amendment also includes the Attachment 1 - Schedule of Items that shall be used for quoters to submit their price. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
