Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA) , operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), is soliciting offers from qualified small business contractors for Mechanical Services under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) . The Contractor shall provide all labor, services, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and other resources necessary to perform a variety of mechanical construction work on various projects throughout the BNL site. Scope will be authorized through individual Task Orders (TOs) placed under the BOA. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors . MANDATORY SOLICITATION EVENTS Mandatory Virtual Solicitation Overview Meeting: October 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET Mandatory Site Visit: October 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET RSVP Deadline for both events: October 9, 2026 Interested Offerors must RSVP to the Contractual Representative identified below.
