The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwestern Division, Middle East District (SWM) is issuing this Sources Sought notice for market research purposes to identify qualified and capable industry partners for an anticipated Integrated Design and Construction (IDaC) contract for the Space Campus project at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar.
