The Purpose of Amendment P0001 is to post the Site Visit Sign-in roster list of vendors that attended the the site visit that took place at 10AM (PT) October 23, 2026. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Main Description and Details : This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial construction prepared in accordance with part 12 . This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 36C26127Q0047, Project No. 612A4-27-020, Replace Flooring at VA McClellan. This acquisition is a total SDVOSB set-aside. The closing date of this solicitation is November 17, 2026, 3:00 P.M. PT . This is a fire-fixed-price construction requirement. The period of performance is 160 calendar days after NTP.
