This notice shall also be used for planning and market research purposes and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a commitment by the U.S. Government. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice. Pre-solicitation Notice for a Minor Construction Project. Project Title: USBC Tenant Improvement Services. Location: Federal Building, 300 Booth St, Reno, NV 89509. Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside. Contract Type: Single Firm-Fixed Price award. NAICS: 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction). Scope: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to conduct tenant improvement services including, but not limited to, construct new wall partitions, replace door hardware, demo shelving units, and replace flooring.
