The proposal submission deadline is extended from 2 November 2026 to 5 November 2026, 12:00 PM CT. 2) Update Attachment A - FRAL FFS PWS 20 Oct 26, Attachment H - FRAL Staffing Matrix Offeror Input Template 7 Oct 26, Attachment L - FRAL Collective Bargaining Agreement, Attachment O - FRAL Government's Estimated Staffing Matrix 7 Oct 26 3) Add: Attachment P (Past Performance Reference Sheet), Attachment Q (Consent Letter), and Attachment R (Questionnaire). 4) Change Period of Performance to read: 14 December 2026 – 14 December 2029.
